Before you call Technical Support
Take a moment to look for your answer with Online Support. By using QuickTax Online Support you'll save time, save long-distance charges (where applicable), and make it easier to reach Technical Support staff if required. QuickTax Online Support is as easy as 1-2-3:

Update QuickTax (Windows and Mac). If you are experiencing technical problems and you have successfully installed QuickTax, you should start by installing the latest update. You can do this by running One Step Update (QuickTax for Windows only) from within QuickTax, or you can download the latest update (when available) by clicking here.

Search the knowledge base. If your problem was not resolved by installing the latest update, then you should search the QuickTax knowledge base. You will find answers to the most common questions, and will save time and long distance charges (if applicable).

Contact QuickTax Technical Support. If your question was NOT answered after searching the knowledge base you will be provided with a telephone number to contact QuickTax Technical Support.
